This happened on Tuesday! _{Pardon my scaly winter hands.}



Not entirely unexpected because two weekends before, my boyfriend asked me to look up something in his email while he was driving, and completely forgot his inbox was full of emails from the ring company. Still though, he asked in the same spot where he first asked me out four and a half years ago, so it was sweet. We're planning on a long engagement, so if I had a dollar for every time I made this face at people who asked me if we've set a date yet, we could pay for a giant goddamn wedding. I would also like to add that this ring is made of recycled gold and lab-created diamonds -- yay for being ecologically and socially responsible!

I'm also headed to Boulder tomorrow, and then on to California on Sunday. I probably won't be around much while I'm on vacation, but I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!
